Neha Gill, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR shared services and governance across global organizations. Currently serving as the Global Lead for HR Shared Services & Governance at Fidelity International, Neha is responsible for operational change management, overseeing transformation programs, and leading CPO governance projects with over 700 suppliers. Prior to this role, Neha held various positions at S&P Global, where responsibilities included overseeing HR shared services for global and APAC regions, as well as managing talent acquisition for technical and leadership roles.
