Othman El Iraki

Othman El Iraki is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit and investment analysis, currently serving as a Senior Credit Analyst at Fidelity International since October 2021. Previously, Othman worked as a Fixed Income Analyst at M&G, focusing on Real Estate Investment Trusts and CMBS transactions, from January 2012 to October 2021. Othman's career began at AXA Investment Managers as an Investment Analyst in the Real Estate Debt Team, covering a variety of debt products. Additional roles include internships at Bank of America and HSBC, conducting cash flow modeling and financial analysis within the real estate and asset-backed securities sectors. Othman holds two Master of Science degrees in Finance and Financial Management Services, as well as Corporate Finance and Capital Markets, from emlyon business school.
