Riju Sathyan

Riju Sathyan has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Starting in 1995, Riju worked as an Actuarial Assistant at Legal & General. In 1997, Riju joined State Street as the Head of State Street Analytics UK, managing client relationships and providing performance analysis and support. In 2003, Riju moved to Man Investments as the Chief Operating Officer for AHL, where they were responsible for enhancing infrastructure, implementing a new trading system, and supporting asset growth. In 2014, Riju briefly worked at Deutsche Bank as a Programme Manager in Group Technology & Operations, focusing on budget planning and governance. Finally, since 2015, Riju has been with Fidelity International, first serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Multi Asset and currently as the Head of Transformation for Investment Management.

Riju Sathyan completed a BSc(Hons) degree in Banking and International Finance from The City University Business School in London between 1989 and 1992.
