Upasna Nischal is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership and talent management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Learning & Development and Head of HR for India at Fidelity International, Upasna has previously held significant roles such as HR Lead and Global Head of Talent Management at Evalueserve, and Senior Manager of People Strategy at Sapient. Upasna is an Associate Certified Coach recognized by the International Coach Federation and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management specializing in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Management (IPM).
