Lindsay Smartt

Lindsay Smartt is an experienced business leader who has spent their career championing employment opportunities for all Australians.

Lindsay began their career with The Salvation Army Employment Plus, one of Australia's largest government-funded employment services. In this role, they worked closely with businesses across all sectors to find the right people to fill their needs.

After a successful tenure at The Salvation Army, Lindsay moved on to Fidelity Life Assurance Company Limited, where they served as an Independent Director. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the company's financial performance and providing strategic guidance.

Most recently, Lindsay has taken on the role of Chairman at IOOF Holdings Ltd, where they are responsible for leading the company's board of directors.
