Sanjeev Daftari

Sanjeev Daftari has a comprehensive work experience that spans multiple roles and companies. Starting in 1999, they worked at Guarantee Reserve Life Insurance Company as a Senior Programming Analyst and later as a Senior Consultant & Programmer, where they designed and developed various programs and systems related to life and auto-accidental policy generation and support applications. Sanjeev also led data convergence projects and built marketing application databases to drive new business.

In 2004, Sanjeev joined Swiss Re as the Manager of Sign & Drive Operations, where they successfully managed business operations for a $25 million revenue-based life insurance company. Sanjeev provided oversight for daily service operations, traditional billing, and IT cycles, and implemented efficient processes to optimize workflow and increase productivity.

In 2006, Sanjeev joined Fidelity Life as a Lead IT Developer. In this role, they led the design, development, and implementation of efficient processes for integrating applications into the new business system. Sanjeev also managed integration projects with major insurance distributors and developed innovative solutions for automating data requirements.

At Fidelity Life, Sanjeev held various positions, including Business Project Manager, where they led a project to transfer historical data between Third Party Administrators, resulting in cost reduction and improved service performance. Sanjeev also served as a Product Owner and Senior Project Manager, responsible for leading Agile development teams, upgrading agent-facing business applications, and leading business process improvement initiatives.

Throughout their career, Sanjeev has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic guidance, and effective project management skills, contributing to the success and growth of the organizations they have worked for.

Sanjeev Daftari has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from the University of Kashmir and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Sanjeev also holds additional certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® from Scrum Alliance, obtained in June 2016, and as a Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute, obtained in December 2015.
