Christina Treadway

Christina Treadway has extensive experience in organizational development and leadership, serving as Director of Enterprise Learning and Leadership Development at Fidelity National Financial from November 2015 to October 2023, where responsibilities included organizational learning and the development of over 20 skills. Prior to this, Christina held the role of Executive Director of Global Leadership Development & Executive Coaching at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from January 2005 to January 2015, focusing on global leadership programs and compensation structures for high-performing candidates. Additionally, Christina served as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers Business School, teaching strategic negotiations, and earned a PhD in Organization Management from Capella University, with a dissertation on executive leadership coaching. Other educational credentials include external executive coaching from Columbia University.
