Dominique Anne Westhoff

Dominique Anne Westhoff is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in claims counsel and litigation. Currently serving as Claims Counsel and AVP at Fidelity National Financial since August 2023, Dominique previously held roles as Associate Claims Counsel at the same company and Associate Attorney at Engles, Ketcham, Olson & Keith, P.C. Prior to these positions, Dominique was the Owner and Managing Consultant at Care Professionals DRA, Inc. and gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at 402Legal, Project Harmony Child Protection Center, and the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. Dominique earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Creighton University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences from De La Salle University.
