Kenneth Farmer

Kenneth Farmer is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and title insurance. Currently serving as Area Commercial Manager and Special Commercial Counsel at Fidelity National Financial since August 2022, Kenneth manages and underwrites commercial title transactions across several states, while previously holding positions as Associate Regional Counsel, providing underwriting support for title insurance commitments. Kenneth's experience includes roles as Regional Underwriting Counsel, Area Underwriting Counsel, and Sr. Underwriting Counsel at First American Title, and Shareholder/Attorney for commercial real estate at Young Wells Williams P.A. Additionally, Kenneth has served as Outside General Counsel for BeCloud, Associate Attorney at Clayton-Johnston, and performed technical roles in network management. Kenneth holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Network Support.
