Danielle Chien

Danielle Chien is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in title insurance claims and contract negotiation. Currently serving as Senior Claims Counsel and Assistant Vice President at Fidelity National Title since September 2015, Danielle manages the entirety of title insurance claims processes. Prior positions include Claims Counsel and Associate Claims Counsel, with notable internships at the Nashville Predators, Warner Bros. Entertainment, and the First Circuit Court. Danielle holds a Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School and a BS/BA in Business Administration and Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, Danielle has a strong foundation in client relations from previous roles in insurance and marketing, complemented by active participation in collegiate extracurricular activities.
