Joshua Dekeyser

Joshua DeKeyser is an experienced professional in service management and operations, currently serving as the Area Service Manager for Fidelity Power Systems since September 2015, overseeing service operations across Central, Southwest, and Tidewater regions of Virginia. Previously, Joshua held the role of Field Service Dispatch Coordinator at Fidelity Engineering Corporation, where responsibilities included managing customer service and logistics for 15 field technicians. Joshua also served as an Operations and Training Officer for the Department of the Army, providing support for various military and law enforcement agencies. Earlier in the career, Joshua worked as a Sales Consultant at T-Mobile/SunCom Wireless Telecommunications. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Loyola University New Orleans.
