Michael Schwarz

Michael Schwarz is currently a Talent Acquisition Partner at Fidelity TalentSource, primarily focusing on Asset Management, Healthcare & Workplace Investing. Michael also serves as the Head Lacrosse Coach for the Junior Varsity team at Marshfield High School. In the past, Michael has worked as a Scrum Master at Fidelity Investments, a Lacrosse Coach at Eastern Mass Hawks Lacrosse Academy, and a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems. Michael has also held various management roles at MGA Homecare, including Senior Client Services Manager, Financial Tracking Manager, External Payroll Manager, and Client Services Manager. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Regional Development from the University of Arizona.
