Ricardo (Rico) Elysse is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in technical recruiting and a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Fidelity TalentSource since March 2021, Elysse has previously held roles at Beth Israel Lahey Health as a Healthcare IT Recruiter, Elysse Staffing as a Senior Technical Recruiter, and Kforce as a Senior Technical Manager.
