Michael S.

Michael S. currently serves as a First Officer for United Airlines, operating the B737 since July 2023. Concurrently, Michael is a Logistics Pilot in the U.S. Navy Reserve, supporting Department of Defense operations and leading various cargo and passenger missions. Prior experience includes roles as a First Officer with SkyWest Airlines and a Director of Administration/Flight Deck Operations and Safety Manager in the US Navy, overseeing safety and operations for thousands of aircraft launches. Michael has extensive instructional experience, having trained aviators in various disciplines for Fidelity Technologies Corporation and previously serving in several leadership and training positions within the Navy, where responsibilities included mission evaluation, curriculum development, and quality assurance for MH-60S operations. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Arts in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
