Bao Truong

Bao Truong is currently the SVP and Head of Talent Management at Fidelity Investments, where they provide strategic HR leadership. Previously, Bao served as Vice President of Human Resources at GE Capital and held various HR leadership roles at GE Capital Real Estate. Their extensive experience includes roles at Fidelity Investments as Vice President of Asset Management Human Resources and Head of HR for Fidelity Workplace Consulting & Stock Plan Services. Bao holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Albany, SUNY, and a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
