Bibhash Chakrabarty

Bibhash Chakrabarty is a seasoned professional in the field of AI and Data Science, currently serving as Vice President at Fidelity Investments since May 2014. Leading a group within the AI Center of Excellence, Bibhash specializes in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, Classical Machine Learning, and Recommender Systems to address various business challenges. Previously, Bibhash held multiple roles at Hewlett-Packard from November 2010 to April 2014, where responsibilities included leading ML projects focused on customer experience and developing reusable NLP toolsets. Earlier career experience also includes positions at GENPACT LLC and Empower Research, where analytical support for global clients and KOL management solutions for the pharmaceutical sector were key contributions. Bibhash holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Assam (Central) University, obtained in 2007.
