Elvis Rivera

Elvis Rivera, CPPM, currently serves as a Financial Consultant at Fidelity Investments and Co-Owner of Game Time Sports Bar and Arcade. As Board Treasurer for both the Minnesota Council on Latino Affairs and LatinoLEAD, Elvis contributes to advancing the interests of the Latino community in Minnesota. Previous roles include District 2 Ethics Committee Investigator for the Ramsey County Bar Association and various financial leadership positions at KIPP Minnesota and Morgan Stanley. Elvis holds multiple educational credentials, including a CPPM certificate from the University of St. Thomas and a ChFC designation from The American College of Financial Services, alongside various other certifications and degrees.
