Jennifer L.

Jennifer L. is currently the Senior Manager of Learning Operations, Institutional Knowledge and Insights at Fidelity Investments. They previously served as a Learning Coordinator Lead at Fidelity Investments, where they managed training proficiency and conducted extensive testing of learning management systems from 2012 to 2018. Their earlier roles include Project Coordinator and Training Coordinator, where they were responsible for communications and vendor relationships. Jennifer also gained experience as a Youth Worker with the City of Cambridge and completed an internship at the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Counseling/Psychology from Lesley University.
