Jenny Shafer

Jenny Shafer is a mission-driven leader with several years of experience as a product owner, leveraging a unique blend of business and technical expertise. Currently serving as Squad Lead in Enterprise Business Policy & Strategy at Fidelity Investments, they focus on developing strategies and influencing teams to achieve the product area's mission and vision. Previously, Jenny held various roles at Fidelity, including Senior Product Owner at Fidelity Charitable and earlier positions in product development. They earned a Bachelor's of Science in Systems & Information Engineering and a Minor in Applied Mathematics from the University of Virginia.
