Justin Michela

Justin Michela is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in architecture, AI strategy, and engineering within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Head of Architecture, AI Strategy, & Framework Engineering for Wealth Business Solutions at Fidelity Investments, Justin is responsible for technical direction and platform modernization initiatives. Justin has previously held leadership roles including Group Vice President and Vice President across various architecture functions within Fidelity, where significant contributions included unifying business units around digital priorities and launching pioneering products such as Fidelity's first retail crypto offering. In addition to expertise at Fidelity, Justin has co-founded and led multiple ventures, including Foureyes Capital and Foureyes Labs, and possesses a strong academic background with a Doctorate from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master's degree from Duke University.
