Kara Fitzpatrick is an Audit, Risk, and Compliance Leader currently serving as the Compliance Director for Fidelity Institutional since 2023. Kara has extensive experience with Fidelity Investments, having held various positions including Director of Brokerage Services Compliance and Director of Compliance for Fidelity Digital Assets from 2015 to 2019. During this time, Kara led the development of compliance programs for crypto products, managed relationships with regulators, and oversaw multiple successful regulatory examinations. Kara earned a BS in Finance from Boston College in 2006.
