Kelsey Kingman

Kelsey Kingman is the Director of UX Research Operations at Fidelity Investments, where they oversee project management across a team of over 60 researchers. Previously, they held the positions of Senior UX Researcher and Principal, UX Research Operations at Fidelity, where they conducted research and expanded the Democratization of Research program. Kelsey began their career with internships at Time Inc. and SocialSphere, Inc., where they assisted in user research and media analysis. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University, graduating with a GPA of 3.72.
