Liz Connaughton

Liz Connaughton currently serves as a Design Manager and Chapter Leader for the UX Design Team at Fidelity Investments, focusing on Cash Solutions within Wealth Services. With a robust background in product design, Liz previously held the position of Principal Designer at DEPT®, where end-to-end product design for various clients was led. Notable experience includes an eight-year tenure at Digitas North America, culminating in the role of Associate Director of Experience Design, following earlier positions as Lead Experience Designer and Senior Art Director. Liz also co-founded CandleLit Labs LLC, developing an iOS app, and has held key roles at Arnold Worldwide, Sapient Global Markets, Firstborn, and Jak Design. A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in Graphic Design, Liz has consistently demonstrated expertise in creating user-centered digital experiences across diverse industries.
