Mary Schofield

Mary Schofield is a seasoned marketing and sales leader who currently serves as the VP of Enterprise Talent Marketing at Fidelity Investments. With a focus on attracting top talent, especially in tech, Mary has successfully developed and executed recruitment marketing strategies and managed diverse campaigns since joining Fidelity in 2018. Prior to this role, they held various marketing leadership positions where they enhanced employer branding and improved engagement metrics. Mary completed a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from Ithaca College and has been a dedicated board member of the Talent Marketing Board since 2018.
