Molly McCarthy

Molly McCarthy has extensive experience in financial services, having worked at Fidelity Investments from May 2025 to July 2023 in various leadership roles, including Head of Planning & Operations for Wealth Advisory Managed Solutions, Director of Strategy and Product Development, and Vice President of Strategy & Business Management. Prior to this, Molly's career included positions at EY, where contributions as a Risk Advisory Consultant and Manager refined expertise in financial advisory, along with an internship focused on risk advisory. Earlier work experiences included roles as summer staff in student admissions at Boston College and an internship in documentation and quality assurance at APTARE. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from Boston College.
