Patricia Tow Blackadar

Patricia Tow Blackadar, PMP, is a Director of Mainframe Program Management at Fidelity Investments since July 2012, where responsibilities include leading the modernization enablement program for Fidelity Institutional Technology and overseeing various services within fixed income and wealth management. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Scrum Master and Technical Project Manager, focusing on mainframe migration and regulatory compliance for tax forms. Patricia began their career as a Software Engineer Developer and Associate Mainframe Developer, accumulating technical expertise in mainframe development and software engineering. Additional internships at Datacor, Health Quest, New York Life Insurance Company, and Column Technologies contributed to a robust foundation in technology and business. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from Marist College.
