Sara DeSilva

Sara Buganski DeSilva is currently the Head of Regional Center Strategy & Enablement at Fidelity Investments, where they have held various leadership roles since 2014. They previously served as Vice President of Strategy and New Business Development, along with other key positions focusing on finance and client services. DeSilva began their career as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Aetna US Healthcare before progressing to an Investment Analyst role at GE Capital. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship, both from Bentley University.
