Shailesh Mishra is a seasoned engineering professional with a robust background in digital transformation and technology leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering - Acquisition and Loyalty at Fidelity Investments since September 2022, Shailesh previously held roles at major organizations including Amazon as Engineering Leader for the Alexa Multi-Agent platform, and Cognizant as Engineering Director managing significant transformation initiatives for clients like Moody's and Macy's. Earlier experiences include pivotal positions at ISACA, Acxiom, Canon USA, KeHE Distributors, Diaspark Inc, Infotech Global, and HCLTech, where Shailesh contributed to strategic digital transformations and engineered solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Shailesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai.
