Vijeesh Shankar

Vijeesh Shankar has extensive experience in learning solutions and instructional design, currently serving as Director of Learning Solutions and Director of Learning Experience at Fidelity Investments since September 2011. Vijeesh has held multiple positions within Fidelity, including Director and Senior Manager roles focused on performance consulting in asset management. Previous experience includes consultancy work in learning project management at Triumph India Software Services and leadership in instructional design at InVidya and Metalearn Services. Vijeesh began professional involvement in instructional design at Accenture Services and GE Capital, demonstrating a solid foundation in the field. Vijeesh holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Calicut and a GNIIT in Computer Science from the National Institute of Information Technology.
