Fabio Rizzini

Fabio Rizzini possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for the Private Banking Division at Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking since 2015. Rizzini also oversees HR Management for the Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking network. Prior roles include Coordinator of Recruitment and Selection in the CIB Division at Intesa Sanpaolo from 2013 to 2015, and Head of HR Management and Administration at Banca IMI from 2000 to 2012. Earlier positions include a senior role in the HR Administration Department at Banca Lombarda and HR Administration at Banca San Paolo di Brescia from 1993 to 2000, as well as a Junior Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1992 to 1993. Rizzini holds a Degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Brescia and a High School Diploma in Science from Liceo Scientifico A. Calini in Brescia.
