Federica Russo

Federica Russo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate affairs and governance, currently serving as Senior Professional Staff for Corporate Affairs, International Affairs, and Governance at Fideuram since October 2009. In this role, Federica manages the legal aspects of international projects, ensuring compliance with sectoral regulations while handling corporate obligations. Additionally, Federica has held leadership positions involving the support and coordination of the Managing Director and CEO's obligations towards the Board of Directors. Prior experience includes roles as a Legal Advisor at Sanpaolo Invest SIM and a Lawyer at Putti Legal Firm, as well as academic involvement as an Assistant Professor at the University of Perugia. Federica holds a Specialization in Legal Professions degree and a Law degree from Università degli studi Roma TRE.
