Cristina Serra

Cristina Serra is a seasoned credit analyst with a diverse background in financial operations and collections. Since November 2013, Cristina has been working at Fiditalia, managing both front and back office operations for loans and assignments. Previous experience includes a role as a credit recovery specialist at 71 srl (2012-2013), a supervisor of training at Agenzia Dediti (2012), and extensive service at Citigroup from 1992 to September 2011, where responsibilities spanned treasury back office operations and collections management across various regions in Italy. Cristina began a career in collections with phone collection at Citi from July 1985 to January 1991, following education in office operations and commercial techniques at Olivetti from 1981 to 1984.
