Kaushik Srinivasan

Kaushik Srinivasan is an experienced leader in software engineering and risk management, currently serving as Head of Engineering for Trust and Safety at Airbnb since January 2024 and as a Board Member of FIDO Alliance since February 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at PayPal from February 2007 to January 2024, where Kaushik held various leadership roles culminating as Senior Director of Software Development. In this role, responsibilities included overseeing Digital Identity and Authentication initiatives and risk management for PayPal's suite of services. Kaushik's foundational experience also includes positions at Oracle USA as a Senior Software Engineer. Kaushik holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
