Eric Mercado

Eric Mercado has extensive experience in customer service and support, currently serving as an Escalation Advisor for Fido Mobile since February 2008. In this role, Eric also acts as a Co-pilot for new hires and provides support for the Back with Success@Fido initiative. Eric holds the title of Senior Mentor Expert, focusing on social media, chat, and customer relations, driven by a passion for delivering effective solutions. Prior to this, Eric was a Team Leader at Visa-Desjardins from December 1997 to May 2004, where a commitment to superb customer focus contributed to Desjardins' reputation as a leader in customer service.
