Terri Voelkel

Terri Voelkel is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations and organizational development. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Employee Relations at Fiducial since October 2009, Voelkel previously held roles at International Paper from 1999 to October 2008, focusing on HR and leadership development across multiple distribution facilities. Voelkel also contributed as an Internal Consultant at xpedx and as an Employee Relations Specialist at Hughes Space and Communications, managing employee relations for approximately 1,500 employees and ensuring compliance with federal contract regulations. Voelkel holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Chapman University, earned between 1991 and 1996.
