Jacob Kuzdas

Jacob Kuzdas is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in project management and development. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Fiduciary Real Estate Development since June 2020, Jacob Kuzdas effectively manages large multi-family construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget constraints. In addition, Jacob Kuzdas holds the position of Adjunct Professor in Construction Management at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Peridot Construction Management, and Project Manager at both Fiduciary Real Estate Development and Vyron Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed detailed takeoffs, estimates, and coordination with engineers and contractors.
