Thomas Fitzgerald

Thomas Fitzgerald is currently a shareholder at FidusFi. Prior to this, they were the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Verde Energy USA from January 2009 to June 2017. Thomas then acquired Spark Energy in July 2017. Fitzgerald has also been a Managing Director at Goodrich Capital LLC from January 2005 to December 2008. Additionally, they have served on the board of TnT Expense Management from January 2005 to October 2010, when it was acquired by Vodafone. From January 1997 to December 1999, Fitzgerald was a Senior Finance Executive at Engelhard (a BASF Company). Thomas has also worked as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Financial Advisor for dLife (a LifeMed Media, Inc. Company) from January 2004 to December 2008. Fitzgerald served as the Chief Financial Officer for Home-Link from January 2002 to December 2003 and BrandDirect Marketing from January 2000 to December 2002. Prior to that, they were a Senior Finance Executive at ACNielsen (Spun off from Dun & Bradstreet) from January 1996 to December 1997.
