Liza Ruholl

Liza Ruholl has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Liza is currently working at FIEGE as the Head of People & Culture for BU Consumer Products since January 2024. Prior to that, they held the position of People & Culture Manager for the same business unit from November 2022 to December 2023. Before joining FIEGE, Liza worked at TWE Group GmbH from 2015 to 2022. Liza'sroles at TWE Group included HR Manager from June 2020 to October 2022, Transformation Manager from January 2020 to May 2020, HR Manager Personnel Development from February 2019 to December 2019, and HR Specialist from January 2015 to January 2019. Liza began their career as a Business Trainee (Co-op Program) at OKE Automotive GmbH & Co.KG from August 2011 to July 2014.

Liza Ruholl completed their education journey with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Studies from Hochschule Osnabrück in 2014. Liza pursued further studies at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Psychology from 2016 to 2019. In 2018, they obtained a certification as a Certified Business Trainer (BDVT) from Bridgehouse. Most recently, in 2023 and 2024, they attended Coaching Akademie Berlin to become a Systemischer Business Coach.
