Javier Valle Goyanes

Javier Valle Goyanes serves as the General Manager of Illy Iberia at illycaffè since March 2022, overseeing strategy, brand management, and P&L consolidation for Spain and Portugal, while also acting as CEO of Magic, a coffee machine manufacturer. Previously, Javier was a Co-Founder of Field Agent España, contributing to the integration of crowdsourcing and mobile technology for market research. Javier held various leadership roles at Diageo, JUUL Labs, and L'Oréal, notably serving as Managing Director for L'Oréal Italy and General Manager for L'Oréal Portugal. Javier's extensive experience in commercial management and brand strategy spans over two decades in notable companies, including Yoplait and The Coca-Cola Company. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht and further executive education in digital transformation and commercial directions.
