Eli Blackman is the co-founder and CEO of Field Day, a company that helps people forge deeper connections through memorable, active experiences. Prior to Field Day, Eli worked at Momento as a product manager from February 2021 to June 2021. Before that, they were at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from May 2019 to February 2021, where they were a Partner Marketing & Technology Enablement Manager for Media Solutions. Prior to AWS, Eli worked at Amazon from September 2018 to May 2019 as an Employee Engagement Manager for Amazon in the Community. And before Amazon, they interned with the Portland Timbers from April 2009 to October 2010 in Game Day Operations.

Eli Blackman received a B.S. in Quantitative Economics, Entrepreneurial Leadership, and Communications from Tufts University. While at Tufts, Eli also studied abroad at Universidad Nebrija, where they focused on International Marketing. Prior to attending Tufts, Eli graduated from Lakeridge High School.
