Rose Stott

Rose Stott is the Head of People at Field, where Rose oversees the funding, building, and running of renewable infrastructure to tackle challenges in reaching Net Zero. Rose has held various HR roles in companies like TransferWise, Hogarth Worldwide, Paperchase Products Ltd, and Bestseller, gaining extensive experience in HR management, recruitment, training, and strategy alignment. Rose also has experience as an HR Recruitment Specialist and Support Services Manager. Rose holds a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from Kingston University.
