Tina Rittner

With over 20 years of Human Resources experience in the distribution and manufacturing industries, Tina is passionate about providing the best work experience for their team members. This is accomplished by preserving and enhancing their culture, listening to and acting on feedback, and fostering an open and honest atmosphere. Tina is responsible for finding outstanding talent to support Field’s continual growth as well as developing the talent within Field to accomplish their People & Leadership Excellence goals. Tina and her team are committed to ensuring that Field remains a top employer of choice in the area.

Tina has a Bachelor's Degree in both Psychology and Sociology from Illinois State University and has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources since 2012. She is also a member of the Rockford Area HR Society and serves on the Board of Directors for Goodwill of Northern Illinois. In her free time Tina and her husband enjoy the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her horses.
