Yosief Segid

Yosief Segid is a seasoned Wellsite Geologist with extensive experience in geosteering and mud logging. Currently employed at Field Geo Services, Inc. since October 2016, Yosief has previously worked at Horizon Well Logging, LLC, and DHI Services Inc., where responsibilities included analyzing rock samples, preparing various geological reports, and utilizing MWD data for precise drilling operations. Yosief’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Geology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Asmara. Earlier career roles included teaching and research assistance in geology, as well as hydrogeological investigations for the Ministry of Land, Water and Environment.
