Lily Pashova currently serves as the VP of Customer Success for EMEA & APAC at Eightfold, a position held since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Workday, where Lily was the Director of DACH Customer Success and a Principal Customer Success Manager from September 2018 to July 2024. Additionally, freelance experience as a Project Manager included assignments with De Beers Group and Transmetrics. Previous positions also feature HR Project Manager at DarkMatter LLC, GPO in the ERP Transformation Program at Etihad Airways, and Consultant at Cobalt Recruitment. Lily co-founded Peanut Media Creations, serving as COO from 2009 to 2011, and worked as an Emerging Markets Analyst at UBS Investment Bank from 2005 to 2008. Education includes a BSc in Mathematics from King's College London and a Cours de Civilisation Française from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
