Dawn Filippi

Dawn Filippi currently serves as the Director of Professional Recruitment and Development at Field Law, a position held since January 2016, where responsibilities include coordinating recruitment activities for lawyers and students, designing recruitment campaigns, and overseeing onboarding and orientation processes. Previously, Dawn served as the Director Of Education at the Legal Education Society of Alberta from August 2008 to December 2015, managing continuing legal education programming and staff assignments. Additional experience includes roles as Vice President of Canadian Operations at Potter Farrelly & Associates, Western Canadian Operations Manager at Commonwealth Legal, and Litigation Support Coordinator at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, among others. Dawn holds a paralegal degree from MacEwan University, earned between 1985 and 1987.
