Jason Baeten is the Founding Head of School at Field Middle, where Jason aims to provide irresistible learning for middle school boys. Prior to this role, Jason was a Mathematics & Advisory Teacher and Founding Head of School at East Bay School for Boys. With previous experience as a Teacher at Julia Morgan School for Girls, Jason Baeten is dedicated to creating a positive educational environment for students. Jason holds a BA in English, Russian Language & Studies from St. Norbert College and an MA in Literature from Middlebury College.
