Andy Pratt

Andy Pratt serves as the Director of Education & Operations at the Field Studies Council, where responsibilities include leading outdoor learning initiatives, product development, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various centers and digital offerings. With a substantial budget of £15 million and oversight of 250 staff, Andy also focuses on operational efficiency and health & safety. Prior roles include Head of West & Wales, where a regional structure was implemented for business growth, and Head of Slapton Ley, which saw significant revenue increase. Additionally, Andy was the first independent Chairman of the South Devon AONB from 2015 to 2019, providing governance and strategic leadership to a coalition of 25 organizations. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Coventry University, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
