Mike Etherington

Mike Etherington has held various roles in the field of education and operations. In September 2022, they became the Head of Education and Operations for Field Studies Council. Prior to this, they worked at Rank Group, where they held positions such as General Manager and Area Manager. During their time at Rank Group, they were responsible for managing various units across the UK, including P&L and people management. mike started working at Rank Group in June 1996 and continued until November 2014.

Mike Etherington completed their Bachelor of Education (BEd) in physics from Crewe and Alsager between 1986 and 1990. mike then pursued a post-graduate diploma in multi-site leadership from Birmingham City University, which they successfully completed in 2013.
