Tadd Scarpelli

Tadd Scarpelli is the Founder and President of Field Theory Consulting Inc., a role held since February 2008, specializing in electrical engineering consulting focused on various aspects of antenna design, RF circuit design, and project management. Prior to founding Field Theory, Tadd served as the Midwest Director of Research and Development at SkyCross, where extensive customer interaction facilitated feasibility studies and design updates. As Founding Principal at AVA Power, Inc., Tadd invented a patented small vertical axis wind turbine. Experience at Motorola Mobile Devices included serving as Principal Staff RF Engineer, where key antenna designs were developed for leading mobile devices. Additional experience encompasses roles at Motorola Semiconductor and the US Navy, where Tadd gained valuable technical and leadership expertise. Tadd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
