VP of Sales

A food industry veteran, VP of Sales has been in the business for over 20 years. VP started their career as a Sales Analyst at Clif Bar & Company before moving up to Director of Marketing at Genisoy Food Company. In 2006, they left Genisoy to join Blue Diamond Growers as Marketing Manager. After two years at Blue Diamond, they started their own consulting firm, Madison Consulting, LLC. During their time as a consultant, they worked with Mary's Gone Crackers, Inc. in various capacities, including Regional Sales Manager- Central US & National Accounts and Director Of Strategic Accounts. In 2018, they joined Lily's Sweets as Vice President of Sales, and they have been with Field in that role since March 2022.

Their manager is Devon White, Co-Founder & CEO. Some of their coworkers include Sam Tullman - Head of Applied Neuroscience, General Counsel - General Counsel, and VP of Storytelling / Communications - VP of Storytelling / Communications.
